Marilyn O`Hearne`s coaching clients report increased PEP in their work (Performance/Effectiveness/Profitability) and life (Peace/Energy/Prosperity).  They achieve it by renewing and creatively developing their unique gifts and abilities through coaching with Marilyn. For 15+ years, Marilyn has facilitated development through coaching, retreats, training; teaching at universities, ILCT (a coach training program), and in Brazil.   Her client list includes executive and career transition coaching for national and international firms, public (government) and private sector, including environmental, academic, health care, manufacturing, utilities, and engineering.  She has lived in Spain and Brazil, with Spanish and Portuguese proficiency, as well as serving as an adjunct professor of Organizational Behavior and International Business in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

A leader herself, Marilyn currently is serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation, as well as the Executive Development Team for Right Management, a division of Manpower, where she also leads webinars. In addition, she has contributed to books such as "Coaching by the Book" and "Professional Ethics and Legal Issues in Coaching." She practices continual learning and development.  Marilyn authored the Renewing Your Spirit workbook which includes peaceful photographic images, and leads Renewing Your Vision and Spirit retreats.

Her gentle strength, warmth, humor, integrity, and excellent communication skills promote the trust required for producing sustained results in coaching and her other work.

Marilyn is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Marilyn was educated at Southern Methodist University (BA with honors), and the University of Kansas (MSW), with postgraduate training in coaching through the Institute for Life Coach Training; systems theory (two year program); forty hours of mediation through the Kansas Bar Association; thirty hours at the Intercultural Communication Institute; and leadership exchanges.  She gives back to the community through service (most recently providing coaching to the UN WFP) and donations.  Marilyn recently represented ICF at the 1^st IberoAmerican Coaching Congres in Buenos Aires, Argentina .

An honorary member of the UK College of Life Coaching, a member of Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals as well as the National Association of Professional Women, Marilyn has been selected for many awards. Marilyn`s “Renewing Your Spirit” column ran in kansascitymag.com, her career columns in The Kansas City Star newspaper and her features in The Brazil Herald/Latin American Daily Post, as well as other business publications. She is frequently quoted in business journals, newspapers, and magazines ranging from Yoga Journal to Forbes. Drawn to promoting renewal through world peace and unity, Marilyn is currently exploring a third area of PEP: Peace, Education, and (shared) Power.  She gives back to the community including volunteer coaching for the UN World Food Programme. She enjoys partnering with those who share her passion and commitment to sustainability.
